Adelaide trio PATRIARCHAL DEATH MACHINE began playing together in early '04, carving out their own particular type of old school hardcore punk. With a strong social conscience and sense of justice, PDM songs are highly political and delivered with passion and conviction. Their first full length album entitled "Familiarity Breeds Contempt" was independently released in 2006 to rave reviews. The eagerly awaited follow up EP "Yes!" may have taken 4 years to surface with personal tragedy, travel plans and band line up changes all playing their part in the lull between recordings, but with the release of "Yes!" PATRIARCHAL DEATH MACHINE return to their socio-political best.
